**Quality Care Coordinator Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Resident Quality Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading quality care for residents with compassion and initiative
  • Assessing resident needs and implementing care plans
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary meetings to ensure effective communication and care planning

**Salary and Benefits:**
