What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Care Coordinator to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Southport. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as required, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, and facilitate open communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:
A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board, previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment are essential requirements for this role.
