Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Housing Support Worker to join our team at Building Recruitment Company. As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide housing management and support to residents, ensuring they receive the services they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide housing management and support to a caseload of residents, including dealing with rent accounts and ensuring residents comply with Tenancy and License conditions.
- Work proactively with residents to find high-quality and affordable move-on accommodation, maximising housing occupancy and minimising voids.
- Support residents to participate and engage in progression activities, ensuring they receive services related to their needs.
- Take proactive action to deal with any anti-social behaviour as instructed by the Housing and Support Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
