About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Key Account Vending Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our large contract customers, ensuring their experience is maximized through effective inventory and resolution management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily interaction with customers over the phone and through email to create customer engagement and build relationships.
  • Problem-solve and work closely with key stakeholders to provide first-class service and effectively manage service levels and stock-outs for our customers.
  • React to customer issues proactively and dynamically manage stock levels through stock reviews and analysis of slow/fast stock.
  • Take personal ownership of customer relationships, advising, coordinating, and making improvements to support them with better purchasing decisions, product consolidation, brand offering, customer performance, sales, and margin.
