About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Key Account Vending Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our large contract customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Service Delivery Manager with MSC, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our customers and the growth of our business. You will be responsible for managing service levels, stock-outs, and customer relationships, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily interactions with customers, providing exceptional service and creating customer engagement through relationships.
  • Problem-solve and work closely with key stakeholders to provide first-class service.
  • Effectively manage service levels and stock-outs for customers, maximizing the customer experience.
  • React to customer needs, anticipating issues before they arise and dynamically managing stock levels.
  • Take personal ownership of customer relationships, advising, coordinating, and making improvements to support customers with better purchasing decisions.
