Job Title: Family Support Facilitator

A new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Family Support Facilitator to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our social care team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families across the UK.

About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and families, with experience in facilitating family-led conferences and developing effective support plans. You will work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Responsibilities:
* Organise and facilitate Family Group Conferences, promoting maximum participation and ensuring a safe environment.
* Work directly with children, young people, and their families to develop effective action plans, prioritising their needs and aspirations.
* Prepare family members for conferences, using your mediation and negotiation skills when required, and involving interpreters or advocates as needed.
* Maintain high-quality case records and documentation, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to implement the Children's Needs and Response Framework.

Requirements:
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Experience working directly with vulnerable children and families, with knowledge of child development and social care needs.
* Strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum) based on experience and qualifications.
* Regular 3-weekly payrolls, ensuring timely payment of wages.
