This will involve contacting parents/carers, children, young people, and professionals, as well as conducting home visits when required. You will provide advice and information on identified needs, early help support available, and safeguarding matters, ensuring timely referrals to Children's Social Care or Early Help services.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a sound knowledge and understanding of services available to support vulnerable children, young people, and families. Experience working with families with complex needs is essential, as is the ability to complete assessments such as Early Help assessments and risk assessments.
Estimated Salary: Up to £19,260 per annum, based on a 37-hour week (£19.26 per hour).
