Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Our client, Service Care Solutions Ltd, is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to support in ensuring their offices are well managed and run effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable working environment for staff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent facilities management service to meet business needs and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate various service requests, including health and safety systems and installations, to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Perform periodic testing of alarms and other life-safe installations, maintaining suitable certification.
  • Ensure operational requirements and arrangements for door access, alarm, and CCTV systems across the portfolio are completed according to agreed procedures.
  • Manage access across a dispersed office portfolio, issuing visitor and contractor passes as necessary and maintaining records.
  • Act as a point of contact for external contracts and services, such as the Landlord, DX, Royal Mail, commercial refuse, and recycling.
  • Carry out periodic inspections of the offices, noting non-compliant issues and arranging rectification.
  • Respond to defect tickets raised by office members, ensuring completion within agreed SLA.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working in facilities or property management within a complex office environment, utilizing various facilities management systems.
  • A general understanding and experience with Health & Safety regulations applicable to office settings.
  • Experience auditing and stock control of office resources and services.
