Job Description:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in maintenance and facilities management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building management, plumbing and electrical work, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily checks around the hotel
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
• Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
• Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs
• Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses
• Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scope of the project, and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively
