SEN Support Workers for Adolescents

We are seeking a skilled SEN Support Worker to join our team at a Special Educational Needs school in the UK.
About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils aged 11 to 16 with various social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
You will be working closely with experienced teachers to plan and implement lesson plans, maintain a safe and respectful learning environment, and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties in a classroom setting
- Assisting teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans
- Maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment
- Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with children with SEMH difficulties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
