Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for problem-solving and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve complex technical issues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a UK Manual driving licence and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A background in electronics or telecommunications would be beneficial but is not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (on average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500. Additionally, you will receive a company van, 25 days of annual leave, including your birthday, and access to wellbeing benefits such as the Unmind App and BUPA medical coverage.
