Job Summary
Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating investigations of adverse events, leading clinical audit, and promoting evidence-based best practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events
- Lead clinical audit and promote evidence-based best practice
- Assist in the development and dissemination of patient safety-related information
- Lead in the development of methods and processes to aid clinical risk management
- Engage with colleagues in policy management
- Develop own knowledge and practice, and assist others to develop
- Monitor consultant information and coordinate reports to identify trends

Person Specification
- Must be HCPC or NMC registered with no restrictions
- Previous experience working in governance
- Experience working in the private clinical sector
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams
- Evidence of participation in audit activities
- Degree-level education
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions
