Job Summary
Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating investigations of adverse events, leading clinical audit, and promoting evidence-based best practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events
- Lead clinical audit and promote evidence-based best practice
- Assist in the development and dissemination of patient safety-related information
- Lead in the development of methods and processes to aid clinical risk management
- Engage with colleagues across the hospital in relation to policy management
- Develop own knowledge and practice and assist others to develop
- Monitor consultant information and coordinate reports to identify trends and support practicing privileges review process

Person Specification
- Must be HCPC or NMC Registered with no restrictions
- Have previous experience working in Governance
- Must have experience working in the Private Clinical Sector
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams
- Evidence of participation in audit activities
- Degree level of education
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions
- Competent to use the full range of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems
