Job Summary
Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in governance, quality, and risk management.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating investigations of adverse events, leading clinical audit, and promoting evidence-based best practices. They will also assist in the development and dissemination of patient safety-related information throughout the hospital and lead in the development of methods and processes to aid the management of clinical risk.

Requirements
- Must be HCPC or NMC registered with no restrictions
- Have previous experience working in governance
- Must have experience working in the private clinical sector
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams
- Evidence of participation in audit activities
- Degree-level education
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions
- Competent to use the full range of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems
