About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our innovative organisation, driving growth and expansion in the social housing market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to connect our cutting-edge IOT technology with key regional housebuilders and social housing providers in Scotland's Central Belt.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen and business development skills to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders in the social housing and regional housebuilder markets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of the social housing and regional housebuilder markets in Scotland

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus uncapped OTE of 40%
  • A generous car allowance of £450 per month
