Event Speaker Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Speaker Coordinator to join our team at DNA Recruit. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating speaker logistics for our portfolio of conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Conference Producers to ensure smooth event operations
  • Coordinate speaker deliverables, including headshots and bios
  • Manage speaker requirements for multiple events simultaneously
  • Direct speakers to the stage and/or virtual platform
  • Correspond with speakers via email/phone for post-event requests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in B2B conferences/events
  • Experience working on multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience with event platforms, including event websites and virtual event platforms
  • Ability to work with multiple event teams
