Event Speaker Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Speaker Coordinator to join our team at DNA Recruit. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating speaker logistics for our portfolio of conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event operations and support speaker logistics for conferences and events
  • Collaborate closely with Conference Producers on speaker deliverables for each event portfolio
  • Send confirmation emails to speakers requesting professional headshots and bios
  • Post headshots and bios on event websites, linking speakers to their agenda spots
  • Input speakers into the CRM database for registration and upload to virtual platforms
  • Coordinate panel calls and manage speaker requirements for multiple events simultaneously
  • Direct speakers to the stage and/or virtual platform, and correspond with speakers via email/phone for post-event requests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in B2B conferences/events with a portfolio of 150+ people
  • Experience working on multiple events simultaneously and building/managing events platforms
  • Ability to work with multiple event teams and manage all aspects of events from pre-event communication to on-site signage and event app/virtual platform management
