We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Showroom Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Banchory. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective customer relationships and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts in the branch, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and increase commissionable earnings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging product displays and marketing materials that showcase our products and services.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve targets and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
