Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a first-class customer experience, driving sales and revenue growth, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a personalized and tailored experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and commissionable earnings.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A proven track record of sales and customer service experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Knowledge of the building materials industry and sales processes.What We Offer
