Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts in our branches, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
- Manage and maintain product displays and internal marketing materials, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the building materials industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
