**Job Description:**

We're seeking an experienced Demand Lead to join our team at the Smart DCC.

The Demand Lead will be responsible for managing pipeline with Service Providers and ensuring operational performance is optimised.

This role requires a strong understanding of the IT project lifecycle and proven portfolio management experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of planning / forecasting and be able to define policies and processes for discovering, analyzing, planning, controlling and documenting the need to carry out and co-ordinate impact assessments of demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective demand management strategies to meet business needs.
  2. Manage the process of integrating demand management with operational change delivery processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of demand management activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in demand management or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays.

Pension scheme with employer contribution.
