We are seeking an exceptional Activities Programme Coordinator to lead our activities and volunteer programme at Eden Court, a deluxe Retirement Village in Battersea SW11. As the face of our social calendar, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that promote independence and community integration among our residents.

Your key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing a calendar of fun events and activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  2. Nurturing relationships with local businesses, schools, and organisations to build a robust volunteer base.
  3. Managing the activities team, ensuring effective communication, supervision, and performance management.
  4. Producing a monthly programme of events using the Cinnamon Activities Calendar Template.
  5. Collaborating with the General Manager to drive engagement and participation.
Key Requirements
  1. Current experience in managing a team or leading activities programmes.
  2. Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision or equivalent.
  3. Knowledge of organising activities to enhance resident lives.
  4. Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in systems and software.
