About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network/Capacity Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and capacity planning processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Excel models to optimize network capacity and resources.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Splunk, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience working with Splunk and other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
