We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Administrator to join our team at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Pharmacy Department, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Management Team and contribute to the efficient operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Pharmacy Service.
- Support the Pharmacy team in maintaining leave and rostering systems.
- Assist with telephone systems, reception areas, and shop stock management.
- Liaise with estates regarding maintenance and repairs of the Pharmacy Department.
- Communicate with staff and external contacts to resolve queries and issues.
- Monitor and maintain staff attendance details, including annual leave and appraisals.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate diaries of senior management team members.
- Provide administrative support to meetings, including agenda and minute production.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- GCSE English and maths C or above (or equivalent).
- Customer Care experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize own workload.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
