Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all HR-related administrative duties and local recruitment are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes managing the onboarding process, providing information and assistance throughout the employment lifecycle, and coordinating recruitment activity for our production facility. The successful candidate will also provide basic practical advice to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures.

  • Advice and guidance on policies and procedures
  • Co-ordination and support of the absence management process
  • Administration, including leaver letters, reference requests, pay, and pension updates
