Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Wantage. This full-time, site-based role involves ensuring all HR-related administrative duties and local recruitment are completed efficiently and accurately.
As the first point of contact for general employee enquiries, you'll provide vital support to the HR Manager and HR Generalist, managing the onboarding process, coordinating recruitment activity, and offering guidance on policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Administration of HR-related tasks, including leaver letters and reference requests
- Internal and external communications, updating staff on latest policies and procedures
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £28,000-£32,000 per annum, based on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday per year, annual bonus of up to 7% of salary, enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, free parking, and an on-site subsidised canteen.
We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience working in HR, preferably including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. Strong IT skills, experience of HR systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
