We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our prestigious surgical team at London Bridge Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a highly skilled and dedicated team.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and implementing high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing surgery. You will also provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and act as a point of contact for patients after discharge.

London Bridge Hospital is one of the leading private hospitals in the UK, renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional patient care. Our hospital has 127 registered beds, including 90 inpatient, 21 day case, 8 endoscopy, an urgent care unit, and a Level 3 containing 9 beds, with 24-hour consultant cover and a high dependency unit.

The salary for this role is £42,500-£46,417 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 9% shift allowance. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday per year, private healthcare insurance, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NMC registration">
  • Experience/qualification in speciality/general surgery">
  • Phlebotomy training desirable">
  • Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures">
  • Knowledge of relevant NMC/national guidelines, policies, and procedures (Code of conduct)">
  • Basic life support">
