The Guest Services Coordinator is a key member of our front office team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage non-vip allocation for the day and future days, ensuring optimal room assignments.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, covering guest service roles as needed, and monitoring guest emails and requests.
  • Implement queue room procedures to minimize wait times and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Review arrival lists and allocate rooms according to guest preferences, length of stay, and notes.
  • Prepare for group arrivals, ensuring smooth check-ins and departures.
  • Collaborate with senior shift leaders and shift leaders to optimize customer service goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including arrival checks, no-shows, and traces.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for future days and communicate with guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with operational departments.
