Job Title: Associate Academic Manager

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Associate Academic Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the setup and operations of the campus in accordance with Head Office directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Management: Assist in monitoring the performance of lecturers, ensuring quality teaching and compliance with established academic guidelines.
  • Team Management: Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Campus Operations: Be an active presence on campus to support staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Student Engagement and Welfare: Play an active role in student engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
