Job Description: At CMS Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Social Housing Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance work schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with field-based engineers to schedule appointments and resolve issues.
  2. Arrange service and repair appointments directly with customers and client representatives.
  3. Handle customer inquiries via telephone to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft packages, including Excel and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • A willingness to work one Saturday per month at overtime rates.
