Care-at-Home Manager | Leadership Role

As a Care-at-Home Manager at HC-One, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of our residents, including their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
