Deputy Manager - Care Home

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a reputable care home in Watford. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist support and advice to colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to achieve outstanding results
  • Ensuring the care home meets all statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborating with the Home Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification
  • Proven experience in a care home management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
