Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist support and advice to colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and policies
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification
  • Experience in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
