About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make improvements as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
