Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Total Loss department. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess Claims: Evaluate claims and determine the best course of action in line with our company policies.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring they understand each step of the claims process.
  • Fraud Detection: Identify and report any potential signs of fraud.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
  • Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload, keeping accurate records and making informed decisions on claims.

Requirements:

  • Social Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
