Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Total Loss department. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Claims: Evaluate claims and determine the best course of action in line with our company policies.
- Customer Communication: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring they understand each step of the claims process.
- Fraud Detection: Identify and report any potential signs of fraud.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload, keeping accurate records and making informed decisions on claims.
Requirements:
