Mental Health Practitioner for Older Adults

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a specialist mental health practitioner for older adults. We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality care and support to patients within our Older Adults team at Wexham Park Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing or a similar profession, with a minimum of two years' experience working with older people with mental health needs in various community and inpatient settings. They should also have a minimum of two years' experience as a Band 6 grade in older people's mental health services.
