We are committed to providing the best possible care to people across Berkshire. Our Rapid Response team plays a vital role in supporting young people who are experiencing mental health crises. As an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a dedicated team that works closely with CAMH services, local authorities, education colleagues, and other services to provide comprehensive support and guidance to those who need it most.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy).
  • Registration with a relevant recognised body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Significant experience working with mental health and complex needs.
  • Demonstrable skills in mental health assessments and formulation.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our service users. You will also be required to travel between locations, using your own vehicle.
