We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team in Slough, working with adults with significant mental illnesses. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and coordinate care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continued clinical advice, training, and supervision to staff within the team.
  • Liaise with local services to ensure smooth transitions and effective support for clients.
  • Manage complex caseloads, conducting risk assessments and formulating care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with service users, their families, and carers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Essential Requirements
  • Mental health practitioner experience, preferably in adult mental health, with professional registration.
  • Leadership or management qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working with adult mental illness and applying a range of interventions.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act.

This role requires a car user and applicants must have current UK professional registration.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £48,270-£54,931 per year (inclusive of HCAS), offering a competitive package with opportunities for growth and development.
