About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene.
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts and able to work as part of a team.

Other Duties:

As a member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing needs of the home.
  • Ensure that residents are safeguarded and that their rights and dignity are respected.
  • Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation.
