Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas
  • Provide exceptional support to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working in a busy housekeeping environment
  • A committed and organized approach
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
