About the Role

We are seeking a kind and caring individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Wood Care Group. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our residents' living areas, ensuring a high-quality standard at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to provide a supportive and respectful environment for our residents.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, and resident care.
  • Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and our residents.
