We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas
- Contribute to the overall well-being and dignity of our residents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to our safeguarding policies and procedures to protect our residents
- Previous experience in a care home or similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
