Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Mansfield, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure financial health.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to drive business growth and success.
  • Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
