Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join its Healthcare Value Solutions team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
This is a full-time position requiring a Full UK Drivers Licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Value Solution Managers in coordinating business retention and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and streamline operations.
- Monitor tenders, track CRM reporting, and provide actionable insights to the Value Solutions team.
- Develop value tools, including tracking activities, analysing data, and providing growth insights to the sales team.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
