About the Role:

Reccom Limited is seeking a skilled Repairs Coordinator to join their team. As the main point of contact for repairs, you will be responsible for keeping customers updated throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of repair requests
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft software

  • A competitive salary of £32,160 per annum
