4Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our team in a Senior Social Work Practitioner role. As a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a complex and challenging caseload, developing and implementing effective plans of support, and contributing to the development of skills in safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Support Others: You will manage and support others to manage a varied, complex, and challenging caseload, improving the practice of unregistered and registered social care practitioners.
- Develop and Implement Plans: You will develop and implement effective plans of support, aimed at improving wellbeing and delivering better outcomes for people.
- Contribute to Safeguarding: You will contribute to and develop skills in safeguarding, including triaging safeguarding referrals, initiating safeguarding enquiries, and developing initial safeguarding plans.
- Advise and Facilitate: You will advise others and facilitate access to and dissemination of more specialist advice where necessary to further develop capability and professional confidence.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications: You will have a relevant professional qualification in social work, such as a degree in social work or a related field.
- Experience: You will have significant experience in social work, including experience in managing complex and challenging caseloads.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
