Caseworker - Refugee, Resettlement & Migration Service

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our Refugee, Resettlement & Migration Service. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with refugee and migrant individuals and families to support their relocation to the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build productive partnerships with internal and external partners, including the voluntary and community sector.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and wider communities to help integrate families and enable them to acquire the knowledge they need to regain their independence.
  • Liaise with key partners to help deliver successful outcomes and stay up-to-date with national policy and practice.
  • Manage cases and record data accurately, focusing on delivering a service that provides families with the skills and expertise needed to assist with assimilation.
  • Travel across the county, working flexibly to meet family needs and utilize a translation service where required.
