Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout all dining periods.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure effective inventory control, staff management, and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting continuous learning and open communication.
  • Assist with menu planning, ordering, and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior chef or sous chef in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent culinary knowledge, with a passion for creative dish development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
