Residential Youth Support Specialist

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a highly motivated individual to work with children aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be responsible for promoting their education, independence, and well-being, as well as supporting their emotional and behavioural needs.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our service users. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the needs of the children are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the daily living needs of the children, including personal care and hygiene
- To promote the education, independence, and well-being of the children
- To work closely with other members of the team to ensure the needs of the children are met
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
We offer a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum, as well as opportunities for career advancement and continuous professional development.
