Job Title: Senior Telephony Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telephony Engineer to join our team at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our Performance Information Team, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and reporting to support service improvement across our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interrogate complex data sets to identify trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.
  • Deliver data and statistical analysis to meet operational and performance management needs of the NEPTS.
  • Ensure timely collation, analysis, and presentation of high-quality information.
  • Lead on reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards to support service improvement.
  • Develop reporting solutions, undertake analysis, and evaluation to support specific initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and developing reporting solutions using Power BI.
